The Issue

Our client needed a stand-alone application to create samples for their monthly customer satisfaction surveys.

We built a user-friendly application using Python, from which the users could choose which surveys to run, sample size and stratification. We also automated the various exports and imports from the client’s SAS Marketing database.

Our solution enabled the research team to independently create the samples for their monthly satisfaction surveys, i.e. with only minimal input from other departments. The entire process was streamlined so that it completed in a matter of minutes. The client’s previous sampling process was taking many hours to complete and was prone to errors.
