Marketing KPIs and Dashboards
Our client required a robust, consistent set of monthly marketing and business KPIs for its senior management and marketing teams.
We worked with the business stakeholders to identify the key KPIs and then developed and built a large data cube to pull together all the relevant KPI data. This was then fed into visualization software, and a number of interactive dashboards constructed.
These dashboards enabled the client to understand the effectiveness of their marketing activity. We also empowered end-users to interrogate the data themselves, and visualize trends in an instant.
