Tracking Survey Infrastructure Migration

The Issue

Our client wanted to move their survey software to a new supplier, whilst also preserving the automated process that populated their monthly dashboards.

We created a new data pipeline that linked the data held in the new survey software with the database that powered the existing dashboards. Our new infrastructure received and re-coded the survey responses, then populated the dashboards in a completely automated process.

Our solution enabled the client to successfully replace an outdated infrastructure and also preserve the integrity of the information being presented back to the business. Crucially, we also ensured there was no interruption of service for the end users.
